Arshad Refai received his MDip B.A. Pearson Assured from the Human Resource Management Institute, Sri lanka and is currently reading in the research stage for his Master of Business Administration (MBA) affiliated to the University of Northampton, UK. He has an accumulation of 6 years of working experience in multiple industries ranging from Finance, Securities, Research and Development, Marketing and is currently the Head of Marketing at The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM). He has coordinated many local and International Conferences on a range of disciplines in Malaysia, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka. He has been awarded the “Leadership of the Year” award in the year 2017 and the “Employee of the Year” award in 2018 in Alpha Awards organized by TIIKM in collaboration with BlueArc (Pvt) Ltd and Globeenjoy Travel and Tours
